China slams 'certain country' for imposing travel restrictions amid Coronavirus outbreak

Jaishankar h called Wang on January 31 to thank Chinese government for ir cooperation in airlifting Indian students from Wuhan, which is identified as epicentre of dely Coronavirus outbreak.
Wang reassured MEA that y will 'surely win' battle against vel virus but he also indicated towards a 'certain country' which has turned 'blind eye' to recommendations of World Health Organisation (WHO). However, US Health Secretary Alex Azar declared a public health emergency and temporarily banned entry of foreign nationals who h travelled to China in past two weeks to contain spre of virus. In recent update by Ministry of Foreign Affairs China, Wang ted 'travel ban by certain country' and called it an 'overreaction' which can furr make things worse. Supposedly, according to China, America's way to deal with unprecedented pandemic is 't right way'.

Meanwhile, in White House press conference Azar furr elaborated on restrictions applied to people who have visited designated areas two weeks prior to attempted entry. Currently, re have been at least seven confirmed cases of coronavirus in US while it has claimed 259 lives with 11,791 confirmed cases in China.

"I have today declared that coronavirus presents a public health emergency in United States," said Azar during a briefing at White House, ding directives would take effect on February 2 from 5:00 pm eastern time. He furr ded, “Foreign nationals, or than immediate family of US citizens and permanent residents, who have travelled in China within last 14 days will be denied entry into United States for this time.”
According to WHO, main reason for coronavirus outbreak to be declared as a global emergency is t because of China, but due to happenings of world. statement also praised country for 'quickly identifying' virus and shared its sequence to help or countries.
