China has reportedly shut down city of Wenzhou situated far from coronavirus epicenter province of Hubei, authorities reportedly confirmed to media. eastern Chinese city restricted movement of citizens and intercepted roways, Sunday in most drastic measure as death toll spiked to a shocking 304, and 2019-nCov contagion spre among 14,380 citizens in People's Republic of China.
