Scientists from various institutes have observed that virus finds it harder to spre between humans in warmer temperatures. According to reports, Mohamm Saji, an associate professor at University of Maryland’s Institute of Virology has said that virus can spre anywhere but it spres faster in a climate where humidity is low and temperature is between 5 to 11 degrees Celcius.

As per reports, scientists have predicted that virus cases will relatively go down in summer. According to reports, scientific factor behind this ory is that human immune system is weaker in winter because of less sunshine for vitamin D intake. However, re is ar study that has concluded, with arrival of spring and summer re could be an impression that coronavirus has been successfully contained, but infections may increase again in 2020-21 winter.

China was most affected country until last week, however, Italy surpassed it to record most number of deaths anywhere in world due to COVID-19. virus is believed to have originated from a seafood market in China's Wuhan city, epicentre of disease, where animals were reportedly being tred illegally.

France has also joined list of countries that have recorded more than 1,000 deaths due to Coronavirus. Health experts believe that hotspot could soon shift to United States, where 784 people have died so far, out of 54,968 confirmed cases that country has recorded since January 2020.
