'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba': Here is a list of strongest demon slayers, ranked

Demon Slayer is one of most popular animes currently streaming on OTT giant Netflix. show is fairly popular considering it launched just 3 years ago. anime, which has anunced Demon Slayer Season 2 recently, follows a young boy named Kamado Tanjiro who is on a journey to avenge his family which is destroyed at hands of a monster while trying to turn his sister back to a human. 

In a world with devils running amock, one needs an organisation to protect masses from ir threats. That's when Demon slayers come to rescue and tackle most powerful demons. Here we enlist most powerful demon slayers, ranked in order of potency against monsters.

Ten most powerful Demon Slayers, Ranked 

1. Gyomei Himejima- Topping list is ne or than strongest pillar of Demon Slaying Corps. Instead of typical Nichirin Blades that Demon Slayers use, Gymoei combines a strong hand-axe with a spiked flail attached to hilt through a long chain. Combining it with his stone style breath, Gyomei tops list of strongest demon slayer, despite being blind. 

2. Giyu Tomioka-  This slayer is first one that Tanjiro ever met. Being a water pillar, his expertise lies in mastering Breath of Water style. His exceptional skills are without bounds as he ended up defeating  Far Spider Demon and Rui, a Lower Moon demon, without breaking a sweat. He has been hailed as most skilled Water Pillar in 50 years by or demons. 

    

3. Sanemi Shinazugawa-  Very easy to lash out, with a short temperament, this slayer harbours a deep hatred for demons but for good reason, having lost so many people he cared about to demons. His body is also covered in scars, accrued over years of slaying demons. 

4. Muichiro Tokito- As Mist Pillar, he utilizes Breath of Mist style, which is derived from Breath of Wind style and is one of most dedicated slayers. Tokito has completely mastered his breathing style to point that he can use it to easily fight and overwhelm a demon of Upper Moon as well as create a completely vel breathing style. 

5. Kyojuro Rengoku- This particular demon is  Corps' Flame Pillar. In an iconic battle, we saw Rengoku was able to battle demons while simultaneously protecting 200 passengers of train battle takes place in, even holding his own against a demon of Upper Moons named Akaza. 

    

6. Tengen Uzui- Just one look at him is eugh for people to hail him as strongest demon slayer. While he is equally competent in tackling demons, what sets him apart is his breathing technique. He uses Breath of Sound technique, which branches from Breath of Lightning technique, unique to Tengen. 

7. Mitsuri Kanroji - One such demon player who doesn't look as dangerous as y should be is Mitsuri Kanroji, Love Pillar of Demon Slayer Corps. With eight times muscle density of a rmal human, Mitsuri is shy, gentle and often bubbly slayer. 

8. Tanjiro Kamado - Tanjiro is a slayer whose aim is to hunt down demon who murdered his family and turned his sister into a demon. Unlike or slayers, he empathizes with demons as he understands that y had choice while being converted. 

9. Shibu Kocho -  first of Hashira (Pillars) of Demon Slayer Corps to make list, she always has a smile on her face, which a nchalant look only masking fierce slayer she really is. She is a user of  Insect Breath Style, a branch of Flower Breath, which itself is branched from Water Breath. Her uniqueness includes using wisteria poison to make short work of any demon she faces.

10. Zenitsu Agatsuma- last one on list, never wanted to become a demon slayer and was forced into it to pay off a debt. He can be seen asking girls to marry him so that he gets out of being a slayer to live a rmal life. He's powerful when unconscious and would probably be higher on list if t for fact that he's only mastered first Thunder Breathing form.
