" participants agreed that ir support should be consistent, consistent with needs of Lebanese people, coordinated under leership of United Nations, and deployed directly to Lebanese people in greatest transparency and efficiency. Beyond emergency aid, Conference participants are rey to support Leban's ecomic and financial recovery, which requires, as part of a stabilization strategy, that Lebanese authorities fully commit to in favor of urgent and substantive reforms that Lebanese people expect," French presidential office informed in a release.
