The first supply of COVID-19 vaccines from AstraZeneca arrived at a distribution center in South Korea on Wednesday, ready to be delivered for vaccinations across the country.

The first supply of COVID-19 vaccines from AstraZeneca arrived at a distribution center in South Korea on Wednesday, ready to be delivered for vaccinations across the country. Doses of AstraZeneca vaccines produced on a consignment basis by South Korean company SK Bioscience were transported from the firm's factory in Andong to a distribution center in Icheon.
The vaccines will be delivered to community health centers and nursing hospitals across the country starting from Thursday. The South Korean government said the country will start vaccinating the first group of high-priority people with AstraZeneca vaccines from Friday. South Korea is expected to recieve its first doses of the Pfizer vaccine on Friday.
