Former Afghan president Hamid Karzai urges US to resume peace talks

On September 19, the Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai urged the United States to start the peace talks with the Taliban again after it attacked Afghanistan.

On September 19, Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai urged United States to start peace talks with Taliban again. While speaking to a local news ncy Karzai said, "Today I am calling on US government to resume peace talks with Taliban and we want peace talks to be transparent,". Hamid Karzai also urged Taliban to initiate peace talks with Afghan government along with America. US President Donald Trump on September 8, aborted peace deal with Taliban after it took responsibility for Kabul car bomb blast that killed many people including an American soldier. Taliban's suicide bomb attack on Kabul me Trump opt-out of any peace deals with Taliban saying that militant organization has power for negotiation.

Karzai 'in strongest terms' condemned attacks by Taliban

Karzai on September 17 'in strongest terms' condemned attacks by Taliban on Kabul and Parwan. blasts initially targetted Afghan President Ashraf Ghani's election rally in Parwan and US Embassy located in Kabul. Over 48 people died in attacks and more than double of it were injured. After a day of motorbike suicide attack in central Afghan province of Parwan, re was an attack on Afghan capital targetting American embassy. attack during beginning of September came when  US envoy to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilz was in Kabul in order to give Afghan Government details of negotiation between US and Taliban.

Trump warned Taliban earlier this month

US President on September 14 said that it was t a good idea by Taliban to bomb Afghanistan capital earlier this month. He tweeted, " Taliban has never been hit harder than it is being hit right w. Killing 12 people, including one great American soldier, was t a good idea. re are much better ways to set up a negotiation. Taliban kws y me a big mistake, and y have idea how to recover!". On 18th anniversary of dely 9/11 terror attacks on US, President Trump warned Taliban of severe consequences. Trump said that US will hit Taliban harder than ever if y ever try to mess with America.
