France confirms first two cases of coronavirus in Europe

France on Friday anunced two cases of dely new virus from China, first cases in Europe. two confirmed cases were anunced by health minister, Agnes Buzyn. She said that both  sick people h travelled to China. minister said she expects more cases. "We have two cases," she said. "We will probably have or cases."  

Earlier on Friday, United States health authorities on Friday said that second case of coronavirus has been confirmed in country. An international news portal reported that a woman in Chicago has been confirmed as second case of Wuhan coronavirus.

outlet cited US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as anuncing that woman h recently travelled from Chinese city of Wuhan. WHO doesn't declare global emergency

Coronavirus, which has alrey infected hundreds of people and reportedly killed 25 people, still does t yet constitute a global emergency, World Health Organisation reportedly said on January 24. While speaking to an international media outlet, WHO Chief Tedros ham Ghebreyesus said organisation is still t declaring a public health emergency of international concern as it is an emergency in China, but it has t yet become a global health emergency.

In an earlier reported, WHO h confirmed that SARS-like virus could be passed between people and Chinese officials furr warned that virus could mutate and spre furr. In a bid to take precautionary measures, China has also locked down five cities, including Wuhan, Huanggang, Ezhou, Zhejiang, Qianjiang, suspending all public transport to contain dely virus. According to international media reports, virus has furr spre to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, South Korea, Beijing, Shanghai, Vietnam, Taiwan, US and Singapore. mayor of city of Wuhan has also urged citizens t to travel outside China during Chinese Lunar New Year holiday and authorities have furr issued a travel visory warning in backlash of coronavirus.
