On September 26, France’s he of National Council of Order of Doctors warned that country could be “overwhelmed” and healthcare will be on brink of collapse by second Covid-19 wave, if “something does t change.” France’s top medical figure, Patrick Bouet, told state-run weekly Journal du Dimanche that coronavirus’ second wave of infection was arriving faster than y thought of. warnings come after French Health Minister Olivier Veran imposed abrupt restrictions in Mediterranean city of Marseille, Paris, and several or worst-hit regions to stem second wave of infections.
