Google is planning to invest 3 billion Euros in Europe Copenhagen to expand its data centres across the continent in the next two years, revealed Sundar Pichai.

Pichai furr said that it will bring company's total investments in continent's internet infrastructure to 15 billion euros since 2007. According to Pichai, Google project will include construction of more than 1 billion euros in new energy infrastructure in European Union (EU). Along with this, a new offshore wind project will be launched in Belgium. Furr, it will include five solar energy projects in Denmark and two wind energy projects in each Sweden and Finland. re are also projects in US and South America, stated reports. According to Pichai, once se projects come online, Google's carbon-free energy portfolio will produce more electricity than places like Washington DC or or countries like Lithuania or Uruguay use each year.
