Russian blogger Svyatoslav Kovalenko shared a video on photo-sharing app, Instagram where he can be seen filling up a bathtub with hundreds of coins. As per reports, Kovalenko put 100,000 Russian roubles in bathtub, which is equivalent to around USD 1,500 or Rs. 1,08,000.

After filling 350 kg bathtub, it was carried to an Apple store in a mall in Central Moscow. In a video, security guards can be seen trying to stop blogger and his friends from entering store. After a few scuffles, group soon mand to carry coin-filled bathtub into store.

However, in a surprising twist of events, store actually agreed to carry out transaction using bizarre mode of payment. Reportedly, it took store employees around two hours to count all coins, so that Russian blogger could purchase a 256 GB model of iPhone XS.

A picture that surfaced on Facebook, shows an Apple employee trying to complete task of counting all coins.
Reportedly, stunt was pulled off in order to draw attention to people's attitude towards small change in Russia. In country, stores will often refuse to serve customers if y don't carry exact change.
