Happy Birthday Allu Arjun: From film announcements to adorable wishes, Telugu star turns another year older in style

When it’s a celebrity’s birthday, fans naturally get excited, but more so nowadays because there’s usually some film-related announcement on the cards. And it was no different for Allu Arjun’s birthday on Monday as well, as a new film and the lead actress of another film was announced.

When it’s a celebrity’s birthday, fans naturally get excited, but more so nowadays because there’s usually some film-related announcement on the cards. And it was no different for Allu Arjun’s birthday on Monday as well, as a new film and the lead actress of another film was announced. On the personal front too, the actor’s wife, brother and even celebrities posted some heartwarming wishes for the birthday boy.

Allu Arjun, aka ‘Stylish Star’ or AA, turned 35, and it was an eventful day with the numerous moments that made headlines throughout the day. On the occasion of his birthday, the actor’s film to be directed by Sriram Venu was announced by the makers. The movie has been titled as ‘Icon.’ 

Moreover, the Tollywood star had recently made headlines for doing a film with Sukumar, who was earlier set to work with Mahesh Babu before they parted ways. Now, Rashmika Mandanna has been confirmed as the lead opposite Allu Arjun in the movie. The ‘Dear Comrade’ star conveyed her excitement on Twitter.

Apart from these two films, the ‘Birthday Boy’ is also set to work on a film to be directed by Trivikram Srinivas. 

On the personal front, Allu Arjun celebrated the occasion by cutting the cake with his family, wife Sneha and children Ayaan-Arha.

The Teleugu star’s actor-brother Allu Sirish also posted an adorable childhood picture with his ‘big brother, my favorite star’ and thanked him for always being 'protective, supportive' and the person he always looks up to.

Several celebrities like Rashmika, Rakul Preet Singh, Sai Dharam Tej, Lavanya Tripathi and others also took to social media to wish Allu Arjun on his birthday. From lauding his ‘immense talent’, infectious energy’ and priaising him with words like  ‘my fav person’, ‘Icon’ and being supportive, they wished he keeps shining brighter and delivering blockbusters.
