Dan Reed directorial, which debuted at Sundance Film Festival, is a four-hour expose in which two men named Wade Robson and James Safechuck, allege that late King of Pop sexually abused m when y were children.

Expressing criticism, Jackson's family called documentary a "public lynching" and said filmmakers "were t interested in truth." documentary will be available on all channels including HBO w, HBO Go, HBO on Demand and partner streaming platforms, company stated.

Earlier, reports were doing rounds that network might t air controversial documentary due to threats from Jackson's estate lawyer Howard Weitzman.

'Neverland' in film refers to  Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara County Calif., where pop legend lived between 1988 and 2003 and was raided by law enforcement officers in 2003 in connection with molestation accusations against Jackson by a 13-year-old boy.

Jackson was acquitted by jurors of all 14 criminal counts against him in state court in 2005.
