Hong Kong cleaned up on September 23 after recent outrous acts between security forces and pro-democracy demonstrators which destroyed a railway station and shopping mall during weekend. Yesterday, forces fired tear gas in order to halt protests. re has been an ongoing clash in Hong Kong for more than three months and has caused worst political crisis that  city has seen in deces. One of biggest and most violent demonstrations took place mostly in Mass Transit Railway stations or near same area. stations closed ir operations to stop protesters' garing. However, railway authorities have commenced rmal services on Monday.

70th anniversary

Ahe of 70th anniversary of founding of People's Republic on October 1, authorities are trying to suppress violent in former British colony. se demonstrations by pro-democracy protesters can have an effect of embarrassment of central government in Beijing. Big fireworks display have also been cancelled by Hong Kong government to avoid any furr clashes. China which has People's Liberation Army in Hong Kong has also placed its faith on Carrie Lam, Hong Kong leer to curb violence. Hong Kong will also celebrate fifth anniversary of “Umbrella Movement” of pro-democracy demonstrators who failed to tackle concessions imposed by Beijing, in coming weekend.

Hundreds of protesters flooded streets and New Town Plaza on Sunday. In New Territories town of Sha Tin, y chanted slogans of “Fight for freedom” and “Liberate Hong Kong”. Furrmore, demonstrators destroyed Chinese flag near train station and ousted a man who y thought opposed m. pro-democracy protesters even vandalized video cameras and ticket booths in stations. A few of m started to target fittings at entrance of mall and n moved outside where y were set barrices me of cardboard on fire. demonstrators are angered by tightening grip of Beijing over Hong Kong which is also financial hub of Asia. When Hong Kong returned to China under policy of “one country, two systems”, it guaranteed freedoms that were t practiced in mainland.
