Hurricane Lorenzo rising in Atlantic Ocean, strengthens to Category 5

According to reports the Hurricane Lorenzo, which was a Category 3 storm is currently in the placed in the central Atlantic Ocean and is getting powerful.

According to reports the Hurricane Lorenzo, which was a Category 3 storm is currently in the placed in the central Atlantic Ocean and is getting extremely powerful transforming into Category 5 hurricane. According to the United States National Hurricane Center (NHC), Lorenzo is turning into the strongest hurricane recorded so far in the north and east of the Atlantic basin. The (NHC) tweeted the same. 

Strongest hurricane 

It is reported that the Hurricane originated near the Cape Verde Islands located off the African coast, near the Atlantic Ocean. The winds due to the strengthening of hurricane accelerated up to 160 mph. According to the information provided by NHC, the hurricane is 2,285 kilometer south-west of the Azores. The department predicted that the hurricane might start getting weak from the  Sunday night, but it is expected to be a huge tropical storm that will hit the Azores in the coming days, the organization reported.

Remnants of the hurricane to hit the UK

The Met department also reported that the remnants of the hurricane are expected to hit parts of the UK. The international media reported that it is not unusual to witness as strong hurricanes as Lorenzo but its origin relative to its force is very unusual. The storm witnessed very unusual quick growth before it progressed towards further west where it gains intensity. When the hurricane was located at 39.3 degrees west longitude, it was officially declared a major hurricane with the wind velocity of 125mph. Philip Klotzbach who is a meteorologist at the Colorado State University also tweeted saying that Lorezo has achieved the maximum winds 145mph establishing it to the strongest hurricane of  45°W in the Atlantic on record. The hurricane is expected to spread towards the westward to parts of the north coasts of the Greater Antilles, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and the east coast of the United States in the upcoming days.

Hurricane Humberto, Category three Hurricane

As reported by the US National Hurricane Center the winds sustained by the Hurricane Humberto are moving at a speed of 115 mph(185 kph) and would continue to move ahead with the same speed. They said that the Hurricane will remain a Category Three hurricane through Thursday. Later the storm is expected to experience some fluctuations in its wind speed. The storm originated from about 370 miles (595 kilometers) west of Bermuda late Tuesday. The hurricane was progressing towards the east-northeast direction at 12 mph (19 kph). Bermuda was relied upon to get rainfall of up to 4 inches (10 centimeters), with enormous swells along the coast.
