Two days after assassination of Iranian Quds Force chief Qassem Soleimani by United States, Islamic Republic of Iran on Sunday, January 5, officially anunced Iran's exit from 2015 Nuclear Deal. According to statement, "Iran will longer abide by any limits of its 2015 nuclear deal."
nuclear deal was signed by Tehran with P5+1 nations during Barack Obama's presidency in US. However, amid rising tensions between Iran and US, Iranian regime was barred from developing its nuclear capabilities for military purposes. Iran's breaching of deal comes at a time when Iran has signalled "harsh retaliation" against United States.

Attacks on Green Zone in Iraq
US embassy in Baghd was attacked on Saturday as two mortars hit Baghd's Green Zone and simultaneously two rockets hit Iraq's Al-Bal airbase, where US troops were stationed. This comes after US deployed its troops across Iraq following drone strike that killed Iranian general Qassem Soleimani on Friday.
As per media reports, ministration officials privately warned members of Congress that Iran is expected to retaliate against US eir at home or abro, “within weeks”.

Donal Trump warns Iran

Trump took to Twitter and stated that Iran has been boldly targeting US assets as revenge for Iranian general Soleimani's killing and US would t back off. He furr asserted that US has 52 Iranian sites within ir targets and y would t hesitate to attack m in case of any furr threats from Iran.
