'Iran will destroy Saudi Arabia' in any war, warns Hezbollah leader

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the head of the Iran-backed Shi'ite Muslim group called Saudi Arabia to stop its bloody war in Yemen or else face more attacks.

Leban's Hezbollah leer Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah warned Saudi Arabia against wring a war against Iran, saying that Kingdom would be 'destroyed.'

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, he of Iran-backed Shi'ite Muslim group called Saudi Arabia to stop its bloody war in Yemen or else face more attacks on its soil. He said that Saudi Arabia should think well, as a "war with Iran will mean ir destruction." He demanded UAE and Saudi Arabia to t incite war, saying that ir 'It will destroy you. Your houses are me of glass.'

"Continuing war against Yemen with solution is pointless. You are starting to pay price," Nasrallah said. "One strike kcked out half oil production, and ar strike, you can imagine what it will do," he said, suggesting Aramco attack.

He asserted that buying ditional air defense systems from US wouldn't help Saudi Arabia defend itself, ding that Yemen's Houthi rebels have sophisticated missiles and drones. Hezbollah is an armed group that was set up by Iran's Revolutionary Guards in 1983.

Aramco attack

United States and staunch ally Saudi Arabia claim that attacks were orchestrated by Iran backed Yemen Houthi group for attack on Saudi Arabia's Aramco Plant on September 14. Saudi Arabia even called United Nations and or countries to probe attack.

According to a report, an anymous US official h stated that Iran's supreme leer Ayatollah Ali Khamenei himself approved attack on Saudi Arabia's oil facility. Kingdom officials too asserted that y kw who sponsored attack, hinting as Tehran, but saying that strike came from rth direction on world's largest oil plant.   Aramco attack me a strong impact on global energy markets with a halt in 5% of world's total oil supply.

While Riyh called it an attack on 'international community', Japan said that y are yet to see 'concrete evidence' against Iran over attack. leership in France said that y would send its own investigators to probe matter.

Iran-US tensions

Relationship between Tehran and Washington heightened after US President Donald Trump pulled out of iconic 2015 nuclear deal with world powers. Subsequently, Trump imposed harsh ecomic sanctions on Iran, designated Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terror organisation and even imposed sanctions on Iran's Foreign Minister. Both countries and ir allies even h a skirmish in Strait of Hormuz a few months ago.
