Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, President Donald Trump asserted on Thursday and said Tehran was getting "hurt very bly" by US sanctions.
"Iran right w is a mess. y can straighten out ecomics of ir country very, very quickly. Let us see wher or t y negotiate," he told reporters at a White House event.

New sanctions were imposed on Iran following missile strikes by it on bases housing US troops in Iraq.
Iranian state TV h said attacks were in revenge for killing of commander of Revolutionary Guards, General Qasem Soleimani, in a US drone strike, which was ordered by Trump.

president reiterated that Iran cant have a nuclear weapon.
"Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. y understand that. We have told m very strongly. Iran w is t wealthy like it was when President (Barack) Obama handed USD 150 billion. re are much different country,” he said.

On January 8, Trump h said as long as he is president of United States, Iran will never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon.
“We'll see wher or t y want to negotiate. Maybe y want to wait until after election and negotiate with a weak Democrat, somebody like a (Joe) Biden or a Pocahontas or (Pete) Buttigieg or one of se characters,” he said.

In vember last year, Trump h dubbed Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren "Pocahontas".
Iran, he said, is getting "hurt very bly" by sanctions. “It all can end very quickly. But as to wher or t y want, that's up to m. t up to me, it's totally up to m,” president said.

Iranian nuclear deal, Trump said, has t worked. “I always call it Iran Nuclear Deal that didn't work. Iran Deal. It was just something that it is good for our country. It expires in a short time," he said.
