A rocket attack has caused a huge fire at an oil refinery in rrn Iraq briefly halting operations, according to reports. Katyusha rocket hit a fuel stor tank at small Siniya refinery in Salahudin province on Sunday, vember 29 and re were casualties reported.

Col. Mohammed al-Bazi told a Chinese news ncy Xinhua that incident took place in evening when rocket landed inside al-Siniya refinery and set a huge fire without causing human casualties. Firefighters rushed to site to douse fire of refinery, which is located southwest of Iraq's largest oil refinery of Baiji, some 200 km rth of Baghd, al-Bazi ded.

Security members injured during an attack by militants

Meanwhile, in ar incident, five security members were injured during an attack by militants of extremist Islamic State (IS) group in rugged area of Mteibijah in eastern part of province, al-Bazi informed. Mteibijah area has long been a redoubt of IS militants despite repeated anti-IS military operations in spreing rugged areas in eastern part of Salahudin province. are extend to neighboring Diyala province and nearby Himreen mountaius area, al-Bazi ded.
