Lithuanian president speaks out against Belarus

Lithuania's president told UN General Assembly that Belarus' grounding of a Ryanair flight earlier this year "should be treated as an act of state-sponsored terrorism."

President Gitanas Nausėda delivered a list of grievances to world leers on Tuesday about Lithuania's neighbor to east, and its authoritarian president, Alexander Lukashenko.

He said actions by Lukashenko might also have an impact on "international security."
