Lithuanian president speaks out against Belarus

President Gitanas Nausėda delivered a list of grievances to world leaders on Tuesday about Lithuania's neighbor to the east, and its authoritarian president, Alexander Lukashenko.

Lithuania's president told UN General Assembly that Belarus' grounding of a Ryanair flight earlier this year "should be treated as an act of state-sponsored terrorism."
