Venezuelan President Maduro congratulates Arce on Bolivia elections

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro referred to the upcoming U.S. presidential election on Tuesday, saying he remains indifferent to the outcome of the election because both candidates (Joe Biden and Donald Trump) "do not understand Venezuela."

"You are at your election show to win Florida's votes to see who is worse against Venezuela, who threatens Venezuela the most,"  Maduro said at the Presidential Palace.

Maduro also congratulated the elected Bolivian President Luis Arce and Evo Morales on the victory in Bolivia's presidential elections of the leftist party 'Movement towards Socialism', a strong ally of the Maduro government.

"You have triumphed, Bolivia and you have given a lesson to Donald Trump, to imperialism and to all the oligarchies," Maduro said.
