Scientists at NASA have reportedly tried to measure seasonal changes in gases recently, that fill air directly above surface of Mars and observed fluctuating level of Oxygen in atmosphere. Melissa Trainer, a planetary scientist at NASA and a team member on Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) experiment said, gases are well behaved, however, Oxygen appears to be behaving in a decidedly unexpected and altoger 'bizarre manner'.
According to scientists, atmospheric oxygen rising and falling at similar times suggests that something is making or unleashing stores of oxygen in warmer months and trapping or swelling it up during frigid ones. y believe that this could be a geological, chemical, atmospheric or, perhaps even a biological process, however, scientists are still t sure. y furr added oxygens trampolining is certainly a local feature but it could be a regional or even global peculiarity. scientists at NASA are still finding reason behind this mysterious spike. result has definitely left scientists baffled and in ar doubt.

'Soon-to-be-renamed Mars 2020
NASA in a report stated that " soon-to-be-renamed Mars 2020 rover will launch in July or August 2020. Equipped with a new suite of scientific instruments, rover aims to build upon Curiosity's discoveries about how Mars was habitable in past. Mars 2020 will search for signs of past microbial life, characterize planet's climate and geology and collect samples for a future return to Earth."
NASA anunces Jezero crater location
NASA in its press release also anunced location Jezero crater, for landing of its rover for 2020 Mars mission last year. According to a new study published in journal of Geophysical Research Letters, site might preserve signs of ancient life on Red planet. According to NASA Jet propulsion laboratory, rover is expected to land on Jezero crater on February 18, 2021.
