Nelson Mandela's daughter Zenani will be SA ambassador to South Korea
Zenani Mandela-Dlamini the daughter of late anti-apartheid activist and Nobel laureate Nelson Mandela has been appointed as S Africa's ambassador to South Korea

Zenani Mandela-Dlamini, daughter of late anti-aparid activist and bel laureate, Nelson Mandela, has been appointed as South Africa's appointed ambassor to South Korea. She visited Seoul on October 17 where she visited South Korean Foreign Ministry to hold official meetings. Mandela-Dlamini is eldest daughter of Nelson Mandela.

'Happy to be serving in Korea'
As per reports, she said that she is really happy to be serving in Korea. She said that she thins that both countries (South Africa and South Korea) have got a great bilateral relationship. Mandela-Dlamini stated that she will continue to strengn ties and that she looks forward to do that in her tenure as ambassor. She is expected to present her credentials to President Moon Jae-in soon. She was named as ambassor to South Korea earlier this year.

About Mandela-Dlamini
Mandela-Dlamini who is currently 60 years of is eldest daughter born to late political leer and his second wife Winnie Mandela. She was nearly born in prison, as Winnie Mandela was arrested close to her birth in 1959 and when she was four her far was sent to prison, where he would stay for next 27 years. t until 1974, when she was 16 years old she finally visited him.
Mandela-Dlamini studied at Waterford Kamhlaba United World College of Sourn Africa and science at Boston University. It was re that she first met Prince Thumbumuzi Dlamini of Swaziland, who was elder bror of reigning King of Swaziland, Mswati III and of Queen Mantfobi of Zulus who was studying science at same university. two married in 1973 and h four children. In her previous roles, she served as South African ambassor to Argentina for five years from 2017 and n was appointed as high commissioner to Mauritius.
