Netanyahu blames Abbas for West Bank violence

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lashed out at Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday for the deadly violence that began earlier in the day.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lashed out at Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday for deadly violence that began earlier in day.

"This is t going to help you. t stabbings, t (car) rammings, t shootings and t incitement," Netanyahu told Abbas in a video.

Israeli forces killed two Palestinians in clashes in occupied West Bank on Thursday and a third in Jerusalem after he opened fire at police.

This came hours after a car-ramming attack elsewhere in city wounded 12 Israeli soldiers.

Tensions have soared following last week's release of US President Donald Trump's Mideast initiative.
