New York: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking at the UNGA on Friday, put a choice before the world to choose between Israeli's ‘map of blessings’ for the middle east, Indian Ocean and Europe or Iran's ‘map of curse’, amid the ongoing war with Hamas and Hezbollah. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, Netanyahu showed two maps – one of Israel's ‘map of blessings’ proposing a business corridor connecting Indian Ocean, Middle East and Europe and the other – ‘map of curse’ filled with terror startes including Iran, Iraq, Hamas and Hezbollah.

Netanyahu began his address by saying, “I have decided to come here to set the record straight against all the lies being spread at the UNGA about my people and country adding he's here to speak for his nation, truth and peace.” Israel has made peace and will make peace again, as it's engaged in war with Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran in the middle east.

Israel defending itself against those who want to end their civilisation

Launching a scathing attack on Iran and Hamas, Netanyahu said they are defending themselves against the savage murderers who wants to end their common civilisation.

October 7 was a day of unimaginable atrocities

Netanyahu recalled the October 7 attack by Hamas when they raped women, beheaded men, killed babies, kidnapped over 250 people. Netanyahu assured they won't rest until all the remaining hostages are brought back. “I promise, we will return your loved ones home.”

Netanyahu's UNGA address | Highlights

  • Enough is enough. We won’t rest until our citizens can return safely to their homes. We will not accept a terror army perched on our northern border, able to perpetrate another October 7-style massacre.
  • There is no place in Iran that the long arm of Israel cannot reach, and that’s true of the entire Middle East.
  • Hamas has got to go. Israel seeks a demilitarised and de-radicalised Gaza. The hostages must be returned to their families.
  • We are winning. The 'curse' of Iran’s influence and another which he described as a blessing.
  • Until Israel, until the Jewish state, is treated like other nations, until this anti-Semitic swamp is drained, the UN will be viewed by fair-minded people everywhere as nothing more than a contemptuous farce.
  • I say to you, what blessing such a peace with Saudi Arabia would bring – it would be a boon to the security and economy of our two countries, it would boost trade and tourism across the region, it would help transform the Middle East into a global juggernaut.
  • Such a peace, I’m sure, would be a true pivot of history: It would usher in a historic reconciliation between the Arab world and Israel, between Islam and Judaism, between Mecca and Jerusalem.
  • Until Israel, until the Jewish state, is treated like other nations, until this anti-Semitic swamp is drained, the UN will be viewed by fair-minded people everywhere as nothing more than a contemptuous farce.
  • Just imagine if terrorists turned El Paso and San Diego into ghost towns… How long would the American government tolerate that?
  • Yet Israel has been tolerating this intolerable situation for almost a year. Well, I’ve come here today to say: Enough is enough.
