New Zealand has recently announced the temporary closure of its High Commission in Barbados and its Embassy in Myanmar due to the deadly coronavirus outbreak.

As per reports, decision was me due to dwindling number of flights flying in and out of Bridgetown in Barbos and Yangon in Myanmar.
More closures a possibility
According to reports, decision was also taken because re was concern regarding pressure coronavirus outbreak was putting on local health systems. staff of commission and embassies will soon be evacuated and closure of posts will be reviewed in one month. Peters also did t rule out possibility of closing down more diplomatic posts around world.

Banning all foreigners
New Zealand has anunced that it will be closing its borders to all foreigners in an attempt to slow spre of dely coronavirus. According to reports, only permanent residents, citizens and ir families will be allowed to enter country. ban will go into effect from midnight on March 19. anuncement was me by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern during a press conference.

As per reports, Arden said that permanent residents and New Zealand citizens will be allowed to return, as well as ir partners and children. She ded that ban will also w apply to Pacific which h been earlier exempted. Pacific was ded to list of banned foreigners due to recent discovery of first case of COVID-19.
