Meanwhile, Saturday’s pare saw thousands of people gared in city to celebrate founding day. At event, Kim, while dressing crowd, blamed international sanctions, typhoons and unprecedented coronavirus for preventing him from delivering on promises of ecomic progress. He said that he is 'ashamed' that he wasn’t able to repay for ‘ermous trust’ and ded that his ‘efforts and devotion’ were t sufficient to bring rth Koreans out of difficult livelihoods.
