Ahead of book release, Malala Yousafzai engages in backstage banter with comedian Trevor Noah before her appearance on 'The Daily Show'

Malala  Yousafzai, the world's youngest Noble laureate appeared on an episode of an American satirical news program'The Daily Show', hosted by renowned comedian Trevor Noah.

Behind banter, Malala was at show to speak about her new book about refugees titled 'We are Displaced', that are kwn to hit shelves in India on January 9.

Through her words, she me an attempt to amplify voices of refugee girls around world. 

In a press communique, publishers Weidenfeld & Nicolson and Hachette India said that Malala's travels through refugee camps induced her to retrospect her own displacement.

"In We are Displaced, which is part memoir, part communal storytelling, Malala t only explores her own story of justing to a new life while longing for home, but she also shares personal stories of some of incredible girls she has met on her various journeys - girls who have lost ir community, relatives and often only world y've ever kwn," communique ded.
