'Kursi wala to sound wala...': Pakistan PM Imran warns he'll book Lahore Rally Organisers

A worried Imran Khan has ruled out possibility of his PTI government granting permission to Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for holding anti-government rallies in Pakistan. Prime Minister has also warned that police cases will be lodged against organisers.
'We will file FIRs against everyone'
In an interview to a private news channel, Imran Khan said government has decided against allowing Opposition to hold public garing, Geo News reported. "We will file FIRs against everyone -- from kursi wala to sound system handlers but won't stop m [Opposition leers] from going re," he said. Imran Khan was referring to December 13 public garing in Lahore anunced by 11-party opposition alliance.

Deputy Commissioner Lahore has also refused to grant permission to hold rally at Minar-e-Pakistan due to ongoing health crisis in country. Earlier in day, while dressing a public meeting at Bacha Khan Chowk, leers of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) consisting of an 11-party alliance, said that wrong policies of Imran Khan-led government h brought country to brink of ecomic disaster.

Dawn quoted PDM as saying, struggle y h launched would continue until ouster of rulers who h been "imposed on country after stealing people's mandate in 2018 elections." PDM has held five similar rallies in Peshawar, Gujranwala, Karachi, Quetta and Multan since October 16.

Khan who has been focusing on his Opposition rar than on country's financial crisis, h to request international community for debt suspension till end of Coronavirus pandemic for low-income and most affected countries as well as cancellation of debt of least developed nations, according to a media report on Friday.
