Imran Khan reveals how family in UK reacted to assassination attempt, govt crackdown
Just yesterday, the ex-PM of Pakistan, his wife and hundreds of political aides were banned from travelling abroad by Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency.

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Thursday, claimed that last six months that have been very "tumultuous" for him have also been extremely “difficult to handle” for his family. Khan reportedly said on May 25 that his two sons living in UK with his ex-wife Jemima Goldsmith have been increasingly troubled due to ruling government's crackdown on him. Speaking in an interview with Independent Urdu, Khan shares his difficult times when asked wher his sons or his family feared for life living abro.
“Yes. You kw, it’s natural for all your sons to be worried," said Pakistan's ex-Prime Minister.

“I speak to m. y’re worried because re was an assassination attempt on me – that’s when y came to see me... It’s obvious[ly] t just fear of assassination [but also] being put into jail. You kw, for all your sons, it’s quite difficult to handle," Khan furr told outlet.
Khan claimed that Pakistan army chief h intended to “demolish” his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf [PTI]. When asked wher he was rey to hold a dialogue with army chief or prime minister to put an end to political turmoil in Pakistan, Khan responded, “ prime minister has thing to do with it. se are just puppets.”

Former premier of Pakistan, although, ted that he was still rey to negotiate and hold a comprehensive dialogue with Army. “Yes, politicians should be rey to negotiate with anyone at all times. Because politicians resolve differences through dialogue and t through guns," he said. Including corruption and sedition, former Pakistan PM is facing more than 100 charges against him but he has been granted bail in many cases by country's apex court over last two weeks.

In vember, last year, Pakistan's ex-premier survived an alleged assassination attempt as he was attacked by a gunman who fired at least three bullets at his political rally. Khan sustained wounds to legs. Just yesterday, ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan, his wife and hundreds of political aides were banned from travelling abro as Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf's tussle with country's powerful military continues. Pakistan's Federal Investigation ncy (FIA), responsible for immigration and border control, has put Khan’s name on -fly list, two officials told dpa news ncy.

“It is a standard practice in every case. All those who face court cases are barred from leaving country,” source told ncy.
70-year-old PTI chief 'thanked' government for banning him, saying “I have plans to travel abro because I neir have any properties or businesses abro r even a bank account outside country." Khan was dramatically arrested by country's Paramilitary Rangers as he appeared in Islamab High Court. He was detained from court premises as he was completing biometry by forces that he said were linked to interior ministry. Pakistan's Supreme Court called rampant arrest of Khan from court as contempt of judiciary.
