Pakistan's current financial condition

Pakistan which is already facing a major financial crisis was handed a massive jolt on Saturday when the United States decided to slash the aid to the cash-strapped nation by nearly USD 440 million, bringing down its financial support to just USD 4.1 billion.

The aid was disbursed under Pakistan Enhanced Partnership Agreement (PEPA) 2010, reported Express Tribune. The United States apprised Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan about its decision to cut aid three weeks before his planned visit to Washington.

'Bikhari' and 'idiot' trend in 2018

This 'Bikhari' trend is not new to Imran Khan. Previously in December 2018, when Donald Trump had faced the embarrassment of binding that his face popped up as a search result for 'idiot', Imran Khan's face has popped up when one searched for the word 'Bhikari'on Google.

Just like US which hauled Google CEO Sundar Pichai to question as to why Google deemed Trump as a search result for 'idiot', Pakistan's Punjab Assembly too had submitted a resolution to summon Pichhai to question him about the 'Bikhari' search trend.
