Independence Day: Pakistan PM Imran Khan turns profile picture black in protest, netizens ask 'has the electricity gone?'

On the occasion of India's 73rd Independence Day, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan held a black day to stand 'in solidarity' with Kashmiris.

On occasion of India's 73rd Independence Day, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan held a black day to stand 'in solidarity' with Kashmiris. He h declared a 'Black Day' on August 15 following revocation of Article 370 in state by Centre.

Prime Minister took event on social media too and changed his display picture to black.  Army Spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor also changed his display picture to black. He also changed display im of his personal profile to black.

However, mission to eclipse India's joyous occasion of celebrating its 72 years of freedom from colonisers failed miserably. t only did 'Black Day' fail to catch on, but India's Independence Day trended Worldwide. Pakistan's 'Black Day' was where close to being seen.
