After Prime Minister Narendra Modi led BJP to a landmark victory for a second term in office by winning a majority of 303 Lok Sabha seats, he addressed MPs from the alliance at the Central Hall of Parliament on Saturday, however, in a hilarious episode a Pakistani news anchor misinterpreted a word the Prime Minister's speech.

While Prime Minister said 'Abhinandan' that translates to 'Congratulations', the anchor seemed perplexed and misconstrued the word with Indian Air Force pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was held captive following a dogfight between Indian Air Force and Pakistan Air Force after the latter violated Indian airspace.

In no time, Twitter caught on to this amusing confusion and trolled the anchor-

From the archive of hysterical journalism, in April an anchor was seen garbing a bullet proof vest in the newsroom. Reporting of stray bullets being hit to poor, women or youth in Pakistan the reporter is explicitly making her point with her attire.
