Pakistan police arrests two suspects in the murder case of Hindu girl

The Sindh Police in Pakistan arrested two suspects on Sunday in the murder case of a Sindhi Hindu girl. The Sindh government has ordered a judicial inquiry.

Sindh Police in Pakistan has arrested two suspects on Sunday in murder case of a Sindhi Hindu girl on September 17. According to news reports, suspects were close friends and classmates of victim.  suspects have been identified as Ali Shan Memon and Mehran Abro. Furr reports stated that police are interrogating suspects and investigation is going on. According to reports, one of suspects - Mehran Abro was using her credit card.

A Pakistani Hindu dental college student was found de on September 17 in mysterious circumstances in her hostel room in Sindh province with a rope tied to her neck, reported PTI. Her family demanded a transparent probe in matter. She was a final-year student of Bibi Asifa Dental College in Larkana district as well as a social activist. According to her bror, who is a medical consultant at Dow Medical College in Karachi,  marks around her neck suggested that she h t committed suicide. "It was t a suicide, suicide marks are different, I found cable marks around her neck. re are marks on her hand too. marks are of cable but her friend h said that she found her with dupatta around her neck," he said. Sindh government has ordered a judicial probe into case.

Protests in Karachi

Massive protests took place in Karachi against murder of mirity Hindu girl. Voicing ir anger against Imran Khan-led government, protestors demanded justice for her.  Hindu community in Mirpur Malo shut down ir businesses and shops to mourn her death and register ir protest.
