A Pakistani Journalist on Wednesday shared a video wherein people are returning rations distributed by Ahmi relief workers in Karachi. According to reports, Ahmi workers h distributed ration amongst poor people on Tuesday night. However, it came to ir kwledge on Wednesday morning that it was distributed by mirities Ahmiyas, following which a communal sentiment caused discord.

'Naya Pak' omits Ahmiyyas from NCM

Pakistan's ministry of religious affairs and interfaith harmony under PM Imran Khan has excluded Ahmiyas from National Commission of Mirities (NCM), citing that ir issue is 'religiously & historically sensitive'. re have been multiple reports of persecution of mirities in Pakistan including Ahmiyyas, whom state fails to recognize as a sect amongst Muslims.
