'Won't allow terror groups to function in our country now' says Pak PM Imran Khan in terror admission after sham crackdown on Hafiz Saeed

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday proclaimed that terror groups will be forbidden to operate on Pakistani soil and carry out terror attacks around the world, days after detaining terror outfits during a crackdown.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday proclaimed that terror groups will be forbidden to operate on Pakistani soil and carry out terror attacks around world, days after detaining terror outfits during a crackdown.

He said, "This government will t allow Pakistan's land to be used for any kind of outside terrorism. We will t allow any terror group to function in our country w."

Through this statement, Pakistani Prime Minister might have me a tassel mission that country until date, was, in fact, shielding terror outfits and allowed m to function on ir soil.  

Following pressure mounted by New Delhi and global community for persistently harbouring terror on Pakistani soil, Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar's bror was taken into 'preventative detention for investigation' along with 44 members of banned terrorist outfits who were detained by Pakistani authorities.

Mufti Abdur Rauf, bror of JeM's founder Azhar, and Hamm Azhar are among 44 people detained, t arrested.

Visa requests of a United Nations team to interview 26/11 Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed, residing in Pakistan, were rejected by country’s consulate in New York. A fresh proposal h been moved by Hafiz Saeed to remove his name from UNSC 1267 sanctions list which is a list of UN recognised terrorists.

According to sources that confirmed Pakistan’s latest duplicity in Hafiz Saeed case, it was fearful that Saeed would voluntarily reveal more incriminating evidence against it and ir support to various terror organisations operating from its soil, refore, Pakistan blocked a face-to-face interview of Hafiz Saeed by UN officials.

However, given history, New Delhi has been skeptical over Islamab's steps to pull terror groups to pieces.
