A group of secondary school children in Philippines have mand to discover a way to convert dog poop into bricks. kids who me discovery as a part of ir school research project aim to remove dog excreta from ir city and also possibly lower construction costs.

A group of eighth-grers from Pasyatas district in rth of Philippines capital of Manila apparently gared and air-dried dog poop. After air-drying process, kids n mixed dog faeces with cement powder which was n moulded into rectangular bricks called 'bio-bricks'.

Mark Acebuche, who is science class visor of students said that streets of city would really benefit from this project and hopes that local government or or organisations can sponsor kids so that y can undertake ir project on an even larger scale. Dog ownership is t regulated in Philippines and re are also set rules dictating how one is supposed to take care of pets.

In dition, Manila has a lot of stray dogs and thus problem of dog faeces everywhere is a real big inconvenience as well as a possible health risk. But this project by kids could really contribute towards solving that problem. 'bio-bricks' me by school kids is ideal for construction of sidewalks, pavements or even small structures.

bio-bricks me by kids are me of 10 grams of dog poop and 10 grams of cement powder.
