US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has exuded confidence in recent peace agreements between two Arab countries and Israel. He said that  move will pave way for or Arab nations to sign peace agreements with Jewish state and enable long-lasting peace in Middle East.

Pompeo's statement comes just hours after US President Donald Trump anunced that Israel and Bahrain have agreed to establish full diplomatic relations.

anuncement of peace agreement between Bahrain and Israel was preceded by a similar agreement brokered by US last month between United Arab Emirates and Jewish state. As per statement released by US State Department, Pompeo said that his recent travels in regions have indicated that re is clear momentum in Middle East towards peace and prosperity.

Bahrain has become fourth Arab nation to establish diplomatic relations with Israel after Egypt in 1979 and Jordan in 1994 and UAE last month. US Secretary of State also ded that Donald Trump has kept his promise to American people and in less than one month has brokered two historic agreements that seek to build new partnerships in pursuit of peace.

signing ceremony for agreement rmalising relations between Israel and UAE is scheduled be held on September 15. delegations from two countries will be led by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al-Nahyan. Israeli leer has called ceremony ‘historic’ and, in a tweet, said that he was ‘proud’ to attend ceremony.
