Typhoon Tapah reportedly passed near Nagasaki in sourn Japan on Sunday afteron after hitting or parts of sourn Japan, including Okinawa, two previous days. Japan's Meteorological ncy said storm was moving rast at a speed of 30 kilometres per hour (19 mph), with maximum winds of 162 kph (100 mph).
