Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to visit Russia soon amid the Syria offensive according to reports.

He invited Turkish PM for a work-related visit in upcoming days. Putin's office on October 15 confirmed news in an official statement. According to statement, both leers stressed upon requirement to avoid any future conflicts between Turkish and Syrian military. Turkey last week launched an offensive targeting Syrian Kurdish fighters which forced thousands of civilians to run away from ir homes.
