Rally Shooting: Videos Show Trump Shooter on Roof, Moment When Secret Service Snipers Killed Him

New Delhi: Following the unsuccessful attempt to assassinate former US President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania, the Secret Service agents gunned down the suspected shooter who launched an attack at the 78-year-old politician.
Several visuals have surfaced wherein the shooter can be seen positioned atop an elevated structure. According to media reports, the gunman man was positioned on the roof of a manufacturing plant near the rally venue. He was positioned about 120 metres from the stage where Trump was addressing rally goers as a part of his election campaign.

Many attendees spotted the man as he was lying on the roof. One of the attendees who pointed towards the suspected shooter was heard as saying, "You can see the guy there. I think they hit him. The guy... he looks dead."

During probe it was revealed that wound on Trump's right ear post attack was consistent with gunfire from that direction.
Another video has emerged which displays the swift action by the Secret Service snipers. As the news of attack on Trump spread like a wildfire, the video circulating on social media have gone viral with getting significant tractions.
In the video, one of the secret Service snipers can be seen raising his head as if he identified the suspected shooter who aimed at the Republican leader.

Shooting at Rally
Former US President Donald Trump suffered a gunshot injury during his Pennsylvania campaign on Sunday. Visuals have emerged from the scene of shooting which shows Trump delivering a speech while standing at a podium in Butler just when something hits his ear leaving him bleeding. Soon after chaotic scenes erupted.
The suspected shooter who was killed by the Secret Service has identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks (20). The 20-year-old was a resident of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania which was about 40 miles south of the Butler rally. Crooks was apparently shot in the head after he tried killing the former US president. Meanwhile, the law enforcement has recovered AR-Style rifle from the site of shooting.

An eyewitness said he had informed police and Secret Service about a suspicious man on a roof with a rifle but he said he was ignored.
The shooting at Trump's rally is being probed as an attempted assassination of the former president, law enforcement officials said. Soon after the gunshots were fired, the 78-year-old ex-US president was rushed to a hospital where his condition was said to be stable. Several world leaders have condemned the attacked on Trump and wished for his speedy recovery.
