Ten new coronavirus cases in state, on top of 18 cases reported on Wednesday, have led to tougher restrictions, with only five people allowed to visit a home in greater Sydney.

It comes as coronavirus cases have spre beyond Sydney's rrn beaches, including a few more in so-called Croydon family cluster while re are a few individual cases in or parts of greater Sydney.
