Royal Mail warns customers against 'free iPhone' scam text messages

A Britain based postal service, Royal Mail has warned its customers against receiving a scam message about receiving a free iPhone 11 Pro. Inquiry launched.

A Britain based postal service, Royal Mail has warned its customers against receiving a scam mess about receiving a free iPhone 11 Pro. Recently, many people shared screenshots of text messs y received from a sender called 'Royal Mail', one of which was replied by help desk of company saying that y have launched an investigation into entire case. One of messs which were circulated h links to a website bearing Currys/PC World logo and said 're is an item waiting to be confirmed'. Royal Mail said on December 17 that y are aware of situation and assured people of rectification.

official website of Royal Mail explains 'current scams' in name of company which its customers shall stay aware of. In same list, postal service has listed 'Free iPhone' scam text and warns people to 't on links'. re is ar scam which is being received by some British people by 'Royal Mail' sender which is saying that a parcel is waiting for delivery, and n asks to confirm a settlement of 2.99 (GBP) via a link. company again wants customers to 't on link'. Ar one is regarding a parcel which is 'rey for collection', but link in mess tails to a fake website.
