2 of 4 Suspects in Moscow Terror Attack Plead Guilty as They Appear in Court With Bruised Faces

Two out of four suspects of the devastating Mos cow terror attack pleaded guilty days after their arrest by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

Moscow – Two out of four suspects of devastating Mos cow terror attack pleed guilty days after ir arrest by Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). On Sunday, four men who were allegedly involved in killing of over 130 people in Russian capital, appeared before Moscow court. According to CBS News, four accused showed signs of severe beatings as y faced terrorism charges. Not only this, one appeared to be barely conscious during hearing. Hours after devastating attack, ISIS-K claimed responsibility for attack, sending shockwaves across Russia. In his first remarks 19 hours after terror incident, Russian President Vlimir Putin pledged to take “revenge” on perpetrators of violence. 

After brief hearing, a court statement stated that two of suspects accepted ir guilt in assault, CBS News reported. All four suspects from Tajikistan and have been remanded in custody until at least May 22, before y he to trial. men identified as Dalerdzhon Barotovich Mirzoyev, 32, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, 30, Shamsidin Fariduni, 25, and Muhammsobir Fayzov, 19. y appeared before Basmanny district court in Moscow on Sunday.

Terror suspects arrived in court with severe bruises 

According to Sky News, two terrorists named Mirzoyev and Rachabalizoda mitted to all charges and pleed guilty during hearing. Meanwhile, fourth suspect named Fayzov was brought directly from hospital in a wheelchair. Fayzov was accompanied by Medical staff and wore a hospital gown and trousers. or three suspects also appeared in court heavily bruised with swollen faces. In past, Russian media have reported that men were tortured during interrogation by security services.

Following hearing, Moscow court formally charged all four of suspects, with committing a group terrorist attack resulting in death of ors. It is pertinent to note that aforementioned offence carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. hearing came as Russia observed National Day of Mourning on 24th March. Friday attack has become one of deliest attacks on Russian soil in years. While events at cultural institutions were cancelled on Sunday, flags were lowered to half-staff and television entertainment and vertising were suspended across country, RIA Novosti reported. Not only this, a stey makeshift memorial was created near burned-out concert hall, creating a huge mound of flowers.
