Russia says Ukraine's denial to negotiate peace worsens prospects for preserving statehood
Russia's Duma Speaker accused the United States and its allies of hindering the peace negotiations between the two countries engaged in the brutal war.

In a major development, Russian State Duma Speaker and former aide to President Vlimir Putin, Vyacheslav Volodin, warned Ukraine's refusal to negotiate a peace deal with Moscow could impact prospects for preserving Ukrainian statehood.
While speaking at deputies of People's Assembly of LPR on Thursday, TASS News ncy reported that Duma Speaker accused United States and its allies of hindering peace negotiations between two countries engd in brutal war for last four months. According to Volodin, refusal to negotiate for peace would t affect Russia's plans and actions against Kyiv.
" refusal of Kyiv regime and ir Western masters from peaceful negotiations does t affect plans and actions of our country in any way. But this refusal directly affects prospects for preserving Ukrainian statehood as such. In fact, by se actions, Kyiv regime creates conditions for Ukraine to disappear as a state in future," Russian news ncy quoted Volodin as saying.

Furr, Russian Duma's Speaker claimed that Biden ministration and Brussels rejected all offers of Moscow to rmalise ongoing circumstances. He even accused US of executing experiments with biological weapons in laboratories in Ukraine -- a claim that was reiterated by several Russian leers since onset of war. On multiple occasions including, in United Nations, US formally refuted claims me by Permanent Representative of Russian Federation to United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, regarding any biological weapons projects in Ukraine.

He again accused West of driving Ukraine to battle zone by injecting more weapons into alrey war-ravd nation. He opined that West's action could push Kyiv into military debt that eventually takes generations for Ukraine to pay.
