Russia's Def Min Shoigu instructs 'Vostok group' to attack long-range weapons of Ukraine
In a recent development, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu inspected the country's 'Vostok group', involved in a "special military operation" in Ukraine.

In a recent development, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu inspected country's 'Vostok group', involved in a "special military operation" in Ukraine. According to reports, group's commander also presented a report to minister on current situation and accomplishment of tasks to defeat enemy. " Minister of Defense of Russian Federation, General of Army Sergey Shoigu, inspected Russian grouping Vostok, which is carrying out tasks of a special military operation in Ukraine," country's Defence Ministry stated, as per TASS news ncy.
Russian Defence Minister also instructed group to use high-precision munitions to attack long-range weapons of Ukrainian Armed Forces. Furr, Shoigu also ted strengning of strike capabilities of group. Meanwhile, Vostok group's commander, Lieutenant General Rustam Murov, briefed minister about situation and vancement of assigned combat missions to defeat enemy troops in area of duty, Russian Defence Minister ded.

Shoigu reviews troops' progress in Ukraine
Earlier on Saturday, July 16, Shoigu also visited Ukraine to review progress me by Russian troops in war. According to reports, minister was accompanied by commanding officers of "South" and "Center" troops during his visit amid ongoing war. Furr, Defence Minister also gave necessary directives to troops in order to intensify operations and prevent any chance of an attack on Donbass region by Ukrainian armed forces. " Russian defence ministry gave necessary instructions to ramp up actions of groups in all operational areas in order to exclude possibility of Kyiv regime launching a massive rocket and artillery strikes on civilian infrastructure and residents of settlements across Donbas and or regions," military said in a statement.
