Ukraine claims Kharkiv residents have organised volunteer movement for mutual assistance

The Ukrainian Defence Ministry has stated that the people in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv have started a volunteer movement for mutual assistance.

Amid escalating war between Moscow and Kyiv, Intelligence Directorate of Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has stated that residents of occupied territories of Kharkiv region have initiated a volunteer movement for mutual assistance. According to Ukrainian Defence Intelligence, residents of captured regions have refused to take "hostile aid." volunteers in Velikoburlutsk district have been providing food and medicines to people with low income. 

According to Intelligence Directorate of Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, volunteers in Velikoburlutsk district have started raising funds and have refused to take help from Russia. Similarly, volunteers in Kupyansk district have started providing water to elderly people as re is no supply of water. Ukrainian authorities have revealed that situation regarding access to drinking water in Kupyansk district continues to remain tense. actions of Ukrainian volunteers in helping people in temporarily occupied regions of Kharkiv region have surprised Russian armed forces.

Russia 'tightening control over telephone and Internet networks': Ukraine 

Ukrainian Defence Ministry in statement noted that according to Russians, "Everything in Russia would be different. Nobody would volunteer." Ukrainian Intelligence Directorate stated that Federal Security Service and armed forces of Russia in order to demotivate people were trying to convince local residents that Ukraine ministration h "cut off electricity to settlements." Russia has even started spreing information among residents that y have "almost occupied" regions of Kharkiv. Russian armed forces have started taking control over telephone and Internet networks and y have even started to install Russian mobile operator Megafon in Kharkiv region.
