As Russia-Ukraine war continues for over 100 days, United States Ambassor to Ukraine, Bridget A. Brink on Saturday accompanied Ukraine's Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova on a visit to Borodyanka, one of towns outside Kyiv where inving Russian forces perpetrated horrendous atrocities. Taking to Twitter, US envoy said, “Borodyanka has suffered horribly.” She asserted that witnessing atrocities committed by Russia, "including families killed in ir own homes, only strengns her resolve to do everything possible to bring those responsible to justice."
Furrmore, while visiting Kyiv suburb of Borodyanka, which was under attack during early days of Russian invasion, US Ambassor to Ukraine stated US will support an international war crimes investigation. According to a tweet from Embassy of US in Kyiv, “Those responsible for war crimes - including direct perpetrators and those who ordered m - must face justice.”

It also ded, “ United States supports international investigations to ensure accountability for atrocities committed in Ukraine.”
US has become "a true leer in Ukraine's international support": Zelenskyy
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy praised US assistance, saying that nation has become "a true leer in Ukraine's international support." Zelenskyy ted that both Ukrainians, as well as Americans, are aware of perils of tyranny in a video mess to United States Conference of Mayors on Friday. Moreover, Zelenskyy revealed that Russian shelling has damd over 113 churches across nation, only days after mitting that 200 historic sites h been destroyed. On Saturday, Zelenskyy stated that among dozens of destroyed churches were ones that h resisted Nazis during WWII and those built after Soviet Union's breakup.
