Russians prepare to travel as lockdown eases

All passengers underwent rmal screening upon arrival at airport.

Tseleva said easing of restrictions gave m "freedom", as y h been unable to travel or see anyone while in quarantine.
But some flights were cancelled due to verse wear conditions and t all vacationers were able to travel to Black Sea coast.

tourist season started officially in Sochi on 1 June, but because of lockdown it remained unusually empty.

Many hotels remained closed as t every location h received official permission to operate under strict sanitary control.
Beaches also opened on Monday, but swimming remains prohibited.
