Serbia military sets up field hospital for virus

Serbia's military are setting up a field hospital with 500 beds in main sports hall in Belgre due to a recent increase in coronavirus cases.

Belgre deputy mayor Goran Vesic said makeshift hospital is being opened as a "precautionary measure" as hospitals in capital are reaching ir full capacity because of coronavirus outbreak.

Serbia has seen a spike in infections after loosening its lockdown rules.

So far Serbia has 16,131 confirmed cases and 311 deaths.
